Eliot Tawil

Having worked in the real estate industry for the past 20 years in various capacities, Eliot Tawil has been a major contributor to the Wharton Properties' vision. He has participated in over 200 transactions since entering the company 16 years ago and has been involved in some of the most exciting retail deals in New York City history.

With creativity at the forefront of almost every deal, Eliot combines his knowledge of the streets with a knack for acquisitions. He patiently works with many directors of real estate for various national retailers, understanding the needs of that specific tenant. The cycle of new deals repeats itself as retailers continue to grow.

Eliot's talents extend to many areas including construction, where he has had to partake in some very challenging jobs. Eliot Tawil's passion for the business world is in sync with the standards that have been a trademark of the company's formula; that is to deal with the highest level of creativity and integrity on every transaction.

Mark Johnson

Mark has over 30 years of experience as CEO/COO/CMO leading both entrepreneurial and venture backed companies in the Media/Entertainment/Sports, Licensing/Branding/Advertising, and FinTech sectors, with an entrepreneurial passion for the convergence of marketing, media and technology innovation. His work has won several industry awards, including the Peabody Award, Emmy Award, Addy, Adweek’s Event Marketing Award and the San Diego International Film Festival Artistic Director’s Award. Mark is a member of the Montreux Legends Club, has been appointed Ambassador to the United Nations University For Peace and is a Founding Member of the UN Commission For Peace.

Mark has a track record of guiding premier companies and iconic celebrities to differentiate their brands and optimize revenues through the development and execution of ground-breaking concepts, strategic partnerships and new business ventures. His ideas have created well over a billion dollars of top-line value.

Mark particularly enjoys building new categories, the most challenging and exciting work of all. The Tour will be filmed to capture exclusive behind the scenes, live performances and social media content.

    Hand-picked by the Festival’s expert team, along with superstar musicians, future stars will play in legendary studios and iconic music places around the world, such as Abbey Road Studios, Atlantic Records, Quincy Jones’ house and Claude Nobs’ Chalet.
